What should I engrave on an anniversary band or push present?

Most husbands choose one of three: the wedding date or anniversary date, a short phrase like "I love you" or "Forever," or her initials. For push presents, kids' names or birthdays are popular. Riley S., our Engraving & CAD-CAM Specialist, does the engraving in-house at our Oceanside bench in 15–30 minutes — walk in any time.

How do I figure out her ring size without her noticing?

Bring in one of her existing rings (any ring she wears on the same finger) and we'll size from it on the spot. Or call us at (516) 766-2614 and we'll walk you through measuring from a ring on her dresser, or estimating from her finger. Sizing after the purchase is free and in-house, so if it doesn't fit perfectly, bring it back.

Can you design a custom anniversary band or push present?

Yes — that's our Forever Custom Design service. Riley S. (Jewelry Specialist · Engraving & CAD-CAM) and Jorge T. (Master Bench Jeweler) collaborate in-house on anniversary bands, push presents, vow-renewal rings, and milestone pieces. We'll walk through the design from stone selection to finished piece.

How does the Lifetime Diamond Upgrade Program actually work?

If your wife's engagement ring or diamond studs are from SVS and use a natural diamond, you can trade up the center stone anytime for 100% credit applied toward a larger or higher-quality natural diamond. No doubling. No expiration. Eligible only on natural diamond engagement rings and natural diamond studs purchased at SVS. The new stone is set by the same master jeweler (Jorge T.) who set the first one.

Should I surprise her, or bring her in for a consultation?

Both work, and we'll help with either. For sentimental, well-defined gifts (anniversary bands matching her style, diamond studs, tennis bracelets), the surprise route works beautifully. When should I order to make sure it arrives in time for our anniversary?

For free nationwide shipping (orders $75+), order at least the Monday before your anniversary date. For Nassau County, same-day local delivery is $25 flat-rate with a 3pm cutoff. Same-day curbside pickup at our Oceanside showroom is free with a 3pm cutoff. Engraved or custom pieces require additional lead time — call (516) 766-2614 if your date is tight.

Do you offer financing for larger purchases?

Yes — we offer showroom financing through our financing partners for qualifying purchases. It's a quick application that lets you split anniversary, milestone, and diamond upgrade purchases over time. Or ask any sales associate when you visit our Oceanside showroom.

Does it come with gift packaging?

Every order arrives in signature SVS packaging — boxed, ribboned, and ready for the moment. Complimentary in-store and online.

Can I return or exchange if she doesn't love it?

Yes — within 14 days. Full refund on in-stock purchases returned unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached. Engraved, personalized, and custom pieces are final sale, so for those we recommend a consultation first — or gifting the piece and adding engraving later.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Both work. Walk in any time during showroom hours to browse, or book online for a focused, consultative conversation — especially helpful if you have a specific budget, occasion, or style in mind.
