Analytics and advertising technologies
We use cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits and similar technologies provided by third parties to understand how our website is used, to improve it, and to deliver and measure advertising. - Analytics and site measurement: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar. These help us understand traffic, site performance and how visitors navigate our pages, including through session replay and heatmaps.
- Advertising and remarketing: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Microsoft, Xandr, and Vibe. These allow us to show you advertising on other websites, apps and platforms based on your activity on our site, and to measure whether that advertising leads to visits or purchases.
- Email and SMS marketing: Klaviyo, which we use to send marketing communications you have signed up for and to understand how those communications perform.
- Customer service and site functionality: providers that support features such as chat, appointment booking, ring design tools, payment processing and fraud prevention. This includes Calendly, which powers appointment scheduling on our site. When you view or use our scheduling page, Calendly sets cookies and receives the information you enter to request an appointment, including your name, email address, phone number and any details you provide about your visit.
These providers are independent companies and their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies. This list may change as we add or remove tools.
Cookies set by Google, Meta and Klaviyo are managed through the cookie preferences tool on our site and are not loaded where prior consent is required and has not been given. Other providers listed above, including Calendly, operate independently of that tool and may set cookies when you use the features they power. If you wish to limit them, use your browser cookie controls and the opt-out resources described under "Your advertising choices" below. Advertising audiences created from customer information
We may share limited customer information, such as an email address or phone number, with advertising platforms so that we can show ads to our existing customers or to people with similar interests. Where the platform supports it, this information is converted into a one-way encrypted (hashed) form before it is transmitted, and it is used only to match against existing accounts on that platform. We do not authorize these platforms to use information we provide for their own independent purposes, and we do not sell your personal information.
If you would prefer that we not include your information in these audiences, contact us using the information at the end of this policy and we will remove you.
Third Party Disclosure
We do not sell or trade your personally identifiable information to outside parties.
We do share personal information with companies that perform services on our behalf, including website hosting and platform providers, payment processors, shipping carriers, fraud prevention services, email and SMS marketing providers, analytics providers, and advertising partners and agencies who help us plan, deliver and measure our marketing. These companies are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us, and are required to keep it confidential.
We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business.
Non-personally identifiable and aggregated visitor information may also be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

We use Google Analytics to measure how visitors use our site, and Google Ads, including remarketing features, to advertise our products and services on Google and its partner websites. We do not display Google AdSense advertising on our site.

California Online Privacy Protection Act
CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. According to CalOPPA we agree to the following:
- Users can browse our site without creating an account, though we and our providers do collect certain information automatically as described in this policy.
- Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page, or as a minimum on the first significant page after entering our website.
- Our Privacy Policy link includes the word 'Privacy', and can be easily be found on the page specified above.
- Users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page.
- Users are able to change their personal information by logging in to their account.
How does our site handle do not track signals?
There is currently no consensus industry standard for how websites should respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, and our website does not respond to the legacy DNT header. We do honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC): when your browser sends such a signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of optional analytics and advertising cookies and do not load them. You can also manage your choices using the cookie preferences tool on our site and the opt-out resources listed under "Your advertising choices" above.
Does our site allow third party behavioral tracking?
Yes. As described under "Analytics and advertising technologies," we permit third party analytics and advertising providers to place cookies and similar technologies on our site and to collect information about your activity on our site for measurement and advertising purposes.
COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, the nation's consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online.
We do not specifically market to children under 13.
Fair Information Practices
The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.
In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur, we will notify the users via email within 7 business days.
We also agree to the individual redress principle, which requires that individuals have a right to pursue legally enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or a government agency to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.
CAN SPAM Act
The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
We collect your email address in order to:

- Process orders and to send information and updates pertaining to orders.
