Can you design a custom piece with my children's or grandchildren's birthstones?

Absolutely. Our Forever Custom service designs family birthstone pendants, rings, and bracelets in-house — CAD-CAM by Riley S., bench work by Jorge T. Book a consultation at calendly.com/svsfinejewelry/custom and we'll walk through the design from stones to final piece.

What if I don't know her ring size or chain length?

Bring in one of her existing pieces (rings, bracelets, or necklaces) and we'll size based on it. Or call us at (516) 766-2614 — we'll guide you through estimating from her hand or wrist size. Sizing adjustments after she receives the gift are also available in-house.

When should I order to guarantee Mother's Day delivery?

For free nationwide shipping ($75+), order by the Monday before Mother's Day. For Nassau County customers, same-day local delivery is $25 flat-rate (3pm cutoff). Same-day curbside pickup at our Oceanside showroom is free (3pm cutoff).

Does it come with gift packaging?

Every order arrives in signature SVS packaging — boxed, ribboned, and ready for the moment. Complimentary, in-store and online.

Can I return or exchange if she doesn't love it?

Yes — within 14 days. We offer a full refund on in-stock purchases returned unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached. Gift recipients without a receipt can exchange the item or receive store credit. Engraved, personalized, and custom pieces are final sale — so if you're unsure, gift it first and add engraving later.

What's your shipping and delivery policy?

Free nationwide shipping on orders $75+. Free 2-day shipping on orders $300+. Same-day curbside pickup at our Oceanside showroom by 3pm (free). Same-day local delivery to Nassau County by 3pm for a $25 flat rate.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Both work. Walk in any time during showroom hours to browse, or book an appointment at calendly.com/svsfinejewelry/jewelry for a focused, consultative conversation — especially helpful if you have a specific budget, style, or piece in mind.

Will sizing or future repairs be available after she receives the gift?

Yes. Our Master Bench Jeweler Jorge T. handles sizing, repair, and refinishing in-house at our Oceanside workshop — including pieces purchased elsewhere. Complimentary cleaning is available to anyone who walks in. Bring her piece (or have her bring it) anytime, no appointment needed.
