Yes! We offer our settings available as a stand alone on site, if you do not choose a center stone with us to go into the ring. We ship the ring with CZ (cubic zirconia) center stone set in it for free. Want to have the setting sent without anything in the center? No problem, let our client specialist know and it will come empty.

SVS Fine Jewelry offers an extensive collection of stunning lab created diamonds, which have the same physical, optical, and chemical characteristics as our natural diamonds.

Yes. Lab created diamonds have the same physical, chemical, and optical characteristics as natural diamonds, as well as the same fire, scintillation, and sparkle. They are real diamonds. Lab created diamonds are nearly impossible to differentiate from natural diamonds with the naked eye.

Many of our pieces are made to order, which makes us able to customize our standard items to fit your personal preferences. For example, we can modify the finish, the precious metal, and the gems that we set. Please note that sterling silver pieces cannot be modified. Yes! Our website and showroom share a live inventory. Many of the items will be available in our Oceanside, NY showroom. However, there are some instances where an item shown online is not available in our showroom location. This may happen because we do not catalog our items, meaning we purchase a small quantity and when the item is sold out, we do not always replenish it.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, PayPal credit, Amazon Pay and Sezzle Pay.

Your order will arrive in unmarked packaging to keep its contents a secret. We can also ship your order to your office, a specific location to be held for pick up, or wherever you indicate. Please let us know what we can do to make sure your SVS Fine Jewelry order remains a surprise. Contact us for special delivery arrangements, including expedited or Saturday delivery.

Any product that is engravable will have engraving noted as an option on the product detail page. Simply add your item to cart and list your engraving request in the additional notes at checkout. A sales specialist will message you with font options and engraving placement the next day after your order is placed.

We include a complimentary insurance appraisal with all engagement rings, wedding rings, and all pendants and earrings over $2,000 USD. For other items, insurance appraisals are available upon request.

We highly recommend insuring your SVS jewelry to protect your jewelry from the unexpected. Currently, we do not offer insurance but we do recommend GemShield Jewelry Insurance where they specialize in insurance coverage for fine jewelry. Request a quote here.

Your in-store purchase history is not visible online. But you can view your in-store WISH LIST and online WISH LIST both in-store and online.

We offer a 14 day full refund from the date of delivery, on any in-stock purchase that shows no wear and all tags are attached. Simply give us a call within 14 days of receipt and we will happily exchange or refund your money, no questions asked! Please include the original or a copy of the receipt with any return. If your purchase does not fit properly we will make as many adjustments as necessary to ensure a proper fit. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be able to return your items for refund or site credit. Please read through the following information carefully before attempting to return or exchange your product. If you do not comply with store policies, we may not be able to process your return or exchange. Please note, if PayPal or SEZZLE financing was used for your payment option a 5% re-stocking fee will be added.

All domestic orders over $75 are shipped to you for free. However, any return shipping fees are not refunded and are solely your responsibility.

Please note that US sales tax requirements may be subject to change due to the recent Supreme Court ruling on sales tax. SVS Fine Jewelry collects sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in New York.
