Yes. Riley S., our Jewelry Specialist · Engraving & CAD-CAM, monograms initials, dates, and full inscriptions on cuff links, money clips, and engravable rings at our Oceanside bench while you wait. Drop by during showroom hours and we'll have it ready before you leave.

When should I order to make sure it arrives in time?

For free standard shipping on orders $75+, order at least the Monday before the date you need it. Orders $300+ ship free 2-day. For Nassau County, same-day local delivery is $25 flat-rate with a 3pm cutoff, and same-day curbside pickup at our Oceanside showroom is free with the same cutoff. Engraved or custom pieces need additional lead time — call (516) 766-2614 if your date is tight.

Do you service watches I didn't buy from SVS?

Yes. Tony T., our In-House Watchmaker, handles battery replacement, link sizing, and strap and bracelet swaps on premises, wherever the watch was purchased. What a piece needs depends on the watch, so Tony will look at it and tell you exactly what's involved — and when a warranty or a Tier 1 house requires factory work, we coordinate it with the manufacturer for you and keep you posted start to finish. Bring his existing watch in for a tune-up alongside his gift. Book watch service.

Can you size a watch, bracelet, or ring as part of the gift?

Yes. Jorge T., our Master Bench Jeweler, sizes rings and bracelets at our Oceanside bench, and Tony T., our In-House Watchmaker, handles watch link sizing. Bring in one of his existing pieces for accurate sizing, or our team can help you estimate based on his hand or wrist.

Do you offer complimentary gift packaging?

Every order includes complimentary signature SVS gift packaging — boxed, ribboned, and ready for the moment. In-store, our team handcrafts each presentation; online orders ship gift-ready.

Can I return a gift if he doesn't like it?

Yes — within 14 days of delivery. Full refund on in-stock purchases returned unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached. If he doesn't have the receipt, we can look up the purchase and handle an exchange or store credit. Engraved, personalized, and custom pieces aren't eligible for return — so if you're unsure he'll wear it, gift it first and add engraving later. Full return policy.

Do you offer financing for larger purchases?

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
