Price Match Criteria
How It Works
01 · Timing
Submit Before Purchase
Price match requests must be submitted and approved prior to completing your purchase.
02 · Stone
Identical Diamonds Only
GIA grading report numbers must be an exact match — same stone, same grades, same specifications.
03 · Retailer
Authorized Retailers Only
Competitor must be an authorized, reputable retailer. Auction sites, liquidation sales, and unauthorized sellers do not qualify.
04 · Pricing
Verifiable Current Price
The competitor's price must be publicly available and verifiable online at the time of your request.
05 · Total Cost
All Costs Included
Shipping, taxes, and any fees charged by the competitor are factored into the price comparison.
06 · Review
Final Verification
Our team verifies all submissions against the competitor's listing and reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet our criteria.
Ready to submit a request? Fill out the form below with the SVS diamond you're considering and a link to the competitor's listing. Our team will review your submission and be in touch promptly.
For complete eligibility requirements, see our Diamond Price Match Terms and Conditions.
More Than the Price
Beyond the Match
Price matching is just the start. Every SVS diamond purchase comes with the kind of value online retailers can't deliver.
01 · See It First
Inspect Before You Buy
View your diamond in person at our Oceanside showroom. See the cut, fire, and brilliance under loupe and natural light — not just product photos and 360° videos.
02 · Protected for Life
Complimentary Lifetime Warranty
Every engagement ring purchased at SVS is backed by our Lifetime Warranty, including lifetime cleaning and inspection, prong tightening, and stone tightening.
03 · Trade Up Anytime
Lifetime Diamond Trade Up
Trade in your diamond center stone toward a larger or higher-quality diamond, with 100% credit, no doubling required, and no expiration. Lab grown diamonds are excluded. Learn about the Lifetime Diamond Trade Up.
04 · Bench Expertise
Master Jewelers In-House
Jorge T. (Master Bench Jeweler, 20+ years) and Oscar H. (Master Setter, 25+ years) handle every setting, sizing, and repair — in our Oceanside workshop, never outsourced.
Why buy from a website when you can buy from a team of GIA graduate gemologists who'll show you the diamond in person, explain exactly what you're purchasing, and guarantee you the best price? That's the SVS difference.
