Batteries, band sizing, pin replacement, and routine service are handled on premises by our in-house watchmaker, usually while you wait. Warranty work and Tier 1 luxury brands go directly to the manufacturer, and we coordinate that process from start to finish so you are never chasing a service center yourself.
Buying from out of the area? Standard shipping is free on orders $75 and up, two-day is free over $300, and overnight is free over $599. Tell us your wrist size when you order and we will size the bracelet before it ships, at no charge. Nassau County customers can choose free curbside pickup in Oceanside or same-day delivery by 3pm.
