What Qualifies for a Price Match

1. The SVS Diamond Price Match Guarantee applies only to earth mined diamonds accompanied by a GIA grading report.
2. The SVS Diamond Price Match Guarantee applies only before you purchase your SVS Fine Jewelry diamond. If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it subject to store policy.
3. To verify the competing diamond price, you must provide SVS with (1) a copy of the GIA grading report for the competitor's diamond, and (2) a link to their website offer or a published offer.
4. The competing price must be available to any member of the public and cannot be a unique discount.
5. The lower price must remain in effect at the time of your request. Expired offers and sales are not eligible.
6. The competing price must be in US currency.
7. The competitor's diamond must be the identical stone, matching the GIA grading report number of the SVS Fine Jewelry diamond you are comparing it with. SVS Fine Jewelry reserves the right to review your request and decide, in our sole discretion, whether the diamond is comparable.
8. The SVS Diamond Price Match Guarantee does not apply to lab grown diamonds or fancy colored diamonds.
9. The competitor's diamond must have a GIA grading report dated within the last year.
10. The competitor's diamond must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at that price.
11. The SVS Fine Jewelry price is the final price after any gift certificates, promotional discounts, affiliation discounts, or rebates have been applied. Costs for comparable shipping and handling are included in the price comparison. Competitor promotions such as rebates, gift certificates, and bundled discounts are not eligible.
12. Offers advertised as limited time or quantity, clearance, liquidation and going-out-of-business sales, and loyalty program offers are not eligible.
13. The SVS Diamond Price Match Guarantee does not apply when the competitor or SVS Fine Jewelry has made a pricing error or typographical error on an item.
14. Pawn shops and auction houses are not eligible.
15. Only one diamond per client is eligible for the SVS Diamond Price Match Guarantee. Multiple claims on the same diamond are not eligible regardless of the quantity ordered, and the guarantee can only be applied once per diamond, even if a lower-priced offer is subsequently found.
16. The SVS Diamond Price Match Guarantee applies only to purchases for personal use and excludes those for resale or commercial purposes.
17. If SVS Fine Jewelry decides to match a competitor's diamond price, we will honor the new price for full payment within 48 hours.
18. SVS Fine Jewelry reserves the right to verify all information regarding the competing offer and to refuse to offer a lower price, in its sole discretion, if it is unsatisfied with its ability to verify the competing price. SVS Fine Jewelry reserves the right to (1) deny requests, (2) modify these terms at any time, and (3) terminate the SVS Diamond Price Match Guarantee at any time.
