Our in-house jeweler sizes link bracelets, adjusts bangle openings, and re-fits clasps while you wait, and our engraver personalizes most sterling silver bracelets with names, initials, dates, monograms, ID inscriptions, hand-engraved messages, and fingerprints.

Keeping Silver Looking New

Sterling silver tarnishes. It is a surface reaction with air and moisture rather than damage, and it comes off completely. Store pieces in a pouch or a closed box instead of open air, take them off before swimming, and keep perfume and lotion away from the metal.

Bring anything in whenever you like and we will clean it. Free cleaning is open to every customer, for as long as you own the piece, whether you bought it here or not. For upkeep between visits, our jewelry cleaning kit is made for sterling silver at home.
