This is the Deco Sport Chronograph in its warmest configuration — gold-tone stainless steel against a vintage pink silicone band, which is a softer and more deliberately playful combination than MICHELE usually builds on the Deco platform. The dial is silver sunray with white subdial registers and lum-filled stick indexes, legible in low light in a way most of the MICHELE line is not. The crown carries the brand's signature red cabochon, and MICHELE is embossed into the band itself.
The case runs 34mm across and 36mm tall, the same rectangular geometry that defined the Deco, stripped of diamonds and mother-of-pearl. At $545 the specification is honest about where the money went: K1 mineral crystal rather than the sapphire used on the Deco Park and Madison, and a quartz chronograph movement driving the subdials. K1 is considerably tougher than acrylic and handles daily wear well. It will scratch where sapphire wouldn't.
The band is 18mm — one of two sizes we stock, in black, white, and chocolate brown croco-embossed leather at $100. That matters more on this watch than most. Vintage pink silicone is summer; the same case on chocolate brown leather is a different watch entirely, and swapping takes seconds with no tools. Any 18mm MICHELE band fits.
The silicone band's inner circumference is 155mm, plus or minus 5mm — toward the shorter end of the MICHELE range, and worth checking on the wrist rather than guessing at. Tony T., our In-House Watchmaker, handles band fitting and battery changes on site in Oceanside.
