Shy Dayan began his career on the bench, as a master jeweler transforming rare gems and one-of-a-kind stones into couture-quality pieces. His signature yellow diamond jewelry earned him recognition early, and in 1993 he founded Shy Creation around a single belief: that fine diamond jewelry could carry the highest standards of craftsmanship without taking itself too seriously.

The brand stayed family-led as it grew. Shy's brother David Dayan joined as CEO in 2000, and his sister Kathy Dayan serves as Creative Director, leading the design team with a sharp sense of what people actually want to wear every day.
