The Secrid Story
Dutch Design Built Around Your Cards
Secrid comes from Dutch designers Marianne and René, who ran their own design studio for decades before launching Secrid in 2009. Everything starts with the Cardprotector, a compact aluminum core that protects cards against bending, breaking and unwanted wireless communication, with a slider that fans them out in one motion. The Miniwallet, Slimwallet and Twinwallet are all built around that same core. Production happens mainly in the Netherlands, close to the design team, and Secrid has long worked with sheltered workshops to make its wallets.
Choosing Your Secrid
Cardprotector, Miniwallet or Twinwallet
Cardprotector is the aluminum case on its own, the slimmest way to carry your everyday cards. Miniwallet wraps the Cardprotector in leather with room for a few more cards, receipts and folded bills. Twinwallet puts two Cardprotectors side by side for people who carry more. Secrid is unisex, so the same mechanism comes in neutrals, bold colors and patterned finishes for men and women alike.
