A 0.70 carat cushion-cut Forevermark diamond on a plain platinum band. No side stones, no halo — the shape of the stone is the whole design.
Cushion is the old mine cut brought forward. Rounded corners, a deeper profile, and larger facets that throw broader flashes rather than the tight sparkle of a round brilliant. In candlelight or low restaurant light, that difference is obvious. On a plain band with nothing beside it, the shape is doing all the work, which is why this setting suits a cushion better than most.
The center is SI1 clarity, inscribed with Forevermark number FM-36282219. The inscription is invisible to the eye and ties the stone to its record, and it can still be registered in your name.
The slim platinum band arches up into the basket so the stone sits low and close to the hand, and the clean shank means a wedding band sits flush against it without a gap. Platinum holds its color for life rather than needing to be re-plated the way white gold does.
Forevermark has wound down in the United States, so this is from the last of our stock. When these are gone, we will not be getting more.
