Bring your engagement ring to your appointment and our team will pull bands designed to pair with it: matching designer sets from Verragio, Gabriel & Co., A.JAFFE, and Noam Carver; contour bands that nest against unique settings; or stackable diamond bands that finish the look. If your ring is from elsewhere, our master jewelers Jorge T. and Oscar H. can custom-build a band to match — engineered in our Oceanside studio.

How long does sizing and engraving take?

For designer pieces, we typically order direct from the brand in your exact ring size — that takes 4–6 weeks from order to ready-for-pickup, ensuring the band arrives perfectly crafted at the brand's standards rather than resized after. In-stock bands and custom designs can be sized same-day or within a few days by our master jewelers Jorge T. and Oscar H. Engraving is handled in-house for any band before pickup. Nothing leaves SVS without being checked, finished, and polished by hand — never sent out, never delayed.

What if I can't find the band I want — can SVS make one?

Yes — custom is one of our top three categories. Our in-house design team, led by Riley S. (Jewelry Specialist · Engraving & CAD-CAM) and Jorge T. (Master Bench Jeweler), can build a wedding band from scratch — matching an existing engagement ring, recreating a family heirloom, or designing something entirely new. Typical timeline is 4–8 weeks from design approval to finished band. Every step happens at our Oceanside studio: CAD design, wax model approval, casting, setting, and final polish.

Do you carry men's alternative metals like tantalum, tungsten, and ceramic?

Yes. Crown Ring and Bleu Royale anchor our men's alternative-metal selection with bands in black gold, tantalum, tungsten carbide, carbon fiber, and ceramic. Elysium adds the world's first all-diamond ring, crafted from solid polycrystalline diamond. Beyond alt-metals, we also carry men's heirloom-grade designer bands in platinum, gold, and palladium from Gabriel & Co., A.JAFFE, and Noam Carver. The full men's collection is in stock at our Oceanside showroom for try-on.

Are SVS wedding bands backed by a warranty?

Every wedding band purchased at SVS includes:

• The designer's full manufacturer warranty (specific terms vary by brand)
• Free lifetime cleaning at our Oceanside showroom — available to all SVS customers
• In-house cleaning and resizing of in-stock pieces by our master jewelers Jorge T. and Oscar H.; designer modifications are facilitated through the designer

Please note: Our Lifetime Warranty applies to engagement rings only (natural diamond, lab grown, and gemstone). Our Lifetime Diamond Upgrade Program applies to natural diamond engagement rings and natural diamond studs only. Wedding bands are not eligible for either program.

Can I shop wedding bands online and pick up at the showroom?

Yes. Order online and choose in-store pickup at our Oceanside showroom (3323 Long Beach Rd, Oceanside NY) at checkout. For designer bands, we'll confirm your ring size at order so we can request the band from the brand in your exact size — the piece arrives crafted to fit, never resized after. We'll engrave it before pickup if requested. Free nationwide shipping on orders $75+ is also available if you'd rather have it sent.
