What diamonds qualify for the Price Match Guarantee?
Identical natural diamonds graded by GIA with matching grading report numbers, available through an authorized, reputable retailer. The competing diamond must have the same carat weight, color, clarity, cut grade, and certification.
Does the price match apply to lab-grown diamonds?
Our Diamond Price Match Guarantee currently applies to GIA-graded natural diamonds only. If you are considering a lab grown diamond, our team can walk you through our in-house pricing — competitive across the lab grown market.
Which competitors qualify for a price match?
Authorized, reputable retailers — online or brick-and-mortar — with publicly verifiable pricing. Auction sites, liquidation sales, gray-market sellers, and unauthorized dealers do not qualify.
What if I already purchased the diamond from a competitor?
Price match requests must be submitted and approved before completing your purchase at SVS. We are unable to honor matches for diamonds already purchased elsewhere.
Does the price match apply to engagement ring settings?
Our Price Match Guarantee applies specifically to loose natural diamonds. Designer engagement ring settings from Verragio, Gabriel & Co., A.JAFFE, Noam Carver, and Sylvie are priced according to our authorized retail agreements with each designer and are not part of the price match policy.
Can I combine the price match with financing?
Yes. Our showroom financing on qualifying purchases is available on price-matched diamonds. Speak with a team member at your appointment for details.
