Walk in any day we're open. For the fastest turnaround we recommend Monday through Thursday — Fridays and Saturdays are our busiest days for engagement consultations and gift purchases.

Rhodium Plating
White gold pieces dipped in rhodium for that bright, mirror-like shine — recommended every 1–2 years.

Yes. Steam cleaning, ultrasonic, and our prong-and-setting check are complimentary — for any piece, whether you bought it from us or not. It's how we say thank you to our community.
Do I need an appointment?
Never. Walk in during business hours. Mon–Thu is fastest; Fri and Sat may have a brief wait during peak shopping times.
How often should I clean my engagement ring?
For a daily-wear ring, we recommend a professional cleaning every 4–6 weeks. Quick at-home cleanings with the Lavish Pen between visits keep it sparkling year-round.
Can you clean pearls and soft stones?
Pearls, opals, emeralds, turquoise, and other soft or porous stones cannot go through ultrasonic. We hand-clean these gently to protect the integrity of the stone — bring them in and we'll choose the right method.
Will steam or ultrasonic damage my jewelry?
Our team inspects every piece before cleaning to choose the safest method. Loose stones, fracture-filled diamonds, and certain antique pieces require gentler approaches — we'll always check first.
Do you clean watches?
We polish and clean watch cases and bracelets. For full watch service — battery, water-resistance testing, movement work — visit our Watch Repair page to schedule with our in-house watchmaker Tony.
