Sylvie's manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on the setting — but it does not cover center stones, normal wear, or service work like resizing and cleaning. SVS Fine Jewelry's lifetime programs are designed to layer on top of Sylvie's warranty and add what Sylvie does not offer at all: a center-stone upgrade pathway and lifetime in-house service. The result is a four-part protection stack you only get when you buy your Sylvie at SVS.

Sylvie's manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on every authentic Sylvie setting purchased through an authorized retailer like SVS. The warranty applies to the setting only (not center stones) and must be claimed through the authorized retailer where the ring was purchased. Sylvie requires that any service or repair work be performed by an authorized retailer to preserve warranty coverage.

Sylvie does not offer a center-stone upgrade program of their own — SVS fills that gap. Trade in your natural diamond center stone toward a larger or higher-quality natural diamond, with 100% credit, anytime, for life. The setting stays the same; only the center stone is upgraded. Applies to natural diamond center stones only — not the setting itself, and not lab-grown diamonds.

No — Sylvie designs and manufactures the setting only. The center stone is selected separately, which means you have complete freedom over the diamond's shape, size, quality, and origin. At SVS Fine Jewelry, you can pair your Sylvie setting with a natural or lab-grown diamond from our in-house inventory, all backed by our Price Match Guarantee on comparable certified stones.
Yes — Sylvie is one of the most customizable designer brands in bridal. Sylvie customizes their settings at the order stage: change metals (14K, 18K, or platinum in white, yellow, or rose gold), modify the shank, add hidden diamond halos, swap side stones for sapphires or other gemstones, adjust prong styling, or request engraving. Our bridal team works directly with Sylvie's design studio in Texas to confirm every detail before the order is placed, so the finished ring arrives exactly as you envisioned it.
Sylvie settings are available across every major center shape — round, oval, cushion, emerald, pear, princess, marquise, radiant, and Asscher. Many Sylvie settings can also be modified to accommodate a different center shape than originally designed. At your appointment, our gemologist will help you find or customize a setting for the shape you have in mind.
