Every repair — from ring resizing and prong retipping to diamond resetting and chain soldering — is performed on-site by our master jewelers Oscar and Jorge. Nothing gets shipped out to a third party. Your piece stays in our Oceanside showroom, in skilled hands, until it is ready for you.

Our repair studio sits behind a glass window engraved with the words Where The Magic Happens — and we mean it. We welcome clients to pull up one of two seats right inside the studio and watch Oscar or Jorge work on their piece in real time. Prefer to relax while you wait? Our showroom coffee bar is always stocked with fresh coffee and our daily homemade cookies. Either way, you are never far from your jewelry.
