Designer Engagement Rings & Designer wedding bands are custom made items (custom orders) and are not eligible to return.
Diamond Eternity Bands are 100% refundable unless the ring is smaller than a finger size of 5 or larger than a size 7.
**Custom orders may only be canceled within 48 hours from the time the order is placed. After 48 hours the deposit/payment towards your order is non-refundable.

How do I make an exchange? Simply call customer service at (516) 766-2614 to obtain an RA# (Return Authorization #) or email firstname.lastname@example.org Please securely pack and seal the return merchandise.
Where do I send my return or exchange? Please remember to call first to obtain an RA# for your return or exchange. Packages sent to us for return or exchange without an RA# visible on the outside of the box will be refused. Please send your return or exchange to:

Be sure to include the original diamond certificate for any diamond purchase. A fee of $75 will be applied for any diamond returned without the original certificate.

If you purchase a loose diamond from SVS and want to trade it in later, we will give you 100% of your original purchase towards the purchase of a new diamond of greater value. This diamond trade up guarantee is for diamonds only, not mountings*
* Setting charge extra. The diamond being upgraded must be in its original condition free of any chips or scratches, and also must be accompanied by the original laboratory report and /or SVS appraisal.
